Vaults
One deposit, spread across several markets by a curator. What each vault holds, where it has put it and who can move it are all on chain, and all shown here.

What a vault is
A deposit with a manager
Lending into one market means choosing that market. A vault does the choosing: the curator picks which markets it may lend to and how much in each, and every deposit is spread across them.
Caps, not custody
A curator sets limits. They cannot withdraw a depositor's money, send it anywhere but a market the vault has enabled, or lend more into a market than its cap. The vault contract holds the shares, not the curator.
A timelock on loosening
Raising a cap, adding a market or lowering the timelock waits out the vault's timelock first. Tightening is instant. Depositors see a loosening coming and can leave before it lands.
Anyone can run one
The factory is open. A vault is made in one transaction, owned by whoever made it, and appears on this page the moment it exists. The rest is on the vault's own page.
